Description: The purpose of this project was to make a movie about a fictional product of our choice. This project was done with a classmate. We had to come up with a story, film and edit the movie. In addition to this, the movie had to include special effects, item tracking and chroma key effects.

Process: We first started with a brainstorming session to decide what product we would create for our story. I came up with the teleportation device because we could fit all the necessary effects into that idea. After that I created a rough storyline which we then used to write a script for the project. With a script done, we then created a list of all the shots we would need for the project. The next step was to film all the scenes. We "hired" family members to be our actors in this project since we had to be responsible for the shooting. I used a Black Magic camera for all the scenes in the project. Since the green screen room was undergoing renovations during this project, we improvised and filmed some scenes using a green wall from one of the buildings at school. The final step was to edit the scenes in AfterEffects and then put them together in Premier Pro. Overall this was a fun project since we tried to add a bit of humour in our story.
